Valued Homes has donated their time as well as money to the local soup kitchen. We participate in the Gala for Breast Cancer to raise money for families in need and on going research. We are involved with the community. We have an old fashion Easter Egg Hunt and our annual Safe Halloween October feast.
The week before Easter the Easter Bunny himself stops by for the weekend. Valued Homes has Easter Baskets and Easter Eggs hidden in 13 homes. The children are given complimentary canvas totes to go from home to home to gather up all the eggs, candy, activity books, coloring books, crayons and toys. The families enjoy getting a picture taken with the Easter Bunny as he hands out the balloons.
In October we offer a full week of Trick or Treat. Children through out the area come to the sales center for a safe Halloween. Every home is decorated and witches, ghosts and goblins hand out treats. We offer cider, coffee, and hot dogs and have course cider donuts on the weekend. This year we are having the Wizard of Oz characters visit our sales center the last two weekends in Oct.
